A female cat was found duct-taped from head to paws and left abandoned in a Philadelphia yard on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009.
How can anyone do such a cruel thing to a tame and lovely creature like this!?
If anyone comes across such acts, please come forward and report it to the police! Deliberate acts of cruelty to animals is a crime!
The Pennsylvania SPCA is offering a $1000 reward to anyone who provides information leading to a conviction of the person or persons responsible for wrapping Sticky in duct tape and abandoning her.
Anyone with information about the person who wrapped Sticky in duct tape and abandoned her should call the Pennsylvania SPCA's Cruelty Hotline at 866-601-7722.
