How to Get Dogs to Stop Barking With Sounds
While there are many options when it comes to training your dog, sound can be a good aversive or positive signal for the dog. For barking dogs, it is best to train them using your voice and a disruptive noise, although sound-emitting collars are available at most pet retail stores.

2Tell the dog to "quiet" when it is barking. Only say "quiet" a few times and after a couple barks so that the dog can eventually connect the two actions.
